I had played the piano for a number of years and have really long fingers (as some tell me) but as for stretching your palm/fingers, I think there isn't a way to do that. I get my hands from my dad, genetically.

Don't worry, you don't need big hands to play guitar well. If you think about it, you wouldnt want your fingers too large, because you might be inaccurate when hitting the notes. I'm a decent guitarist, and my hands are pretty small.

One of the greatist guitarists of all time, Django Reinhardt, played with only two fingers on his left hand, because the other two were burnt in a fire, so it's quite possible for you to still play amazingly.

Just practice as often as you can, and then length of your fingers wont even be an issue when you play. Good luck!

I know someone who played the guitar that had his fingers on the hand he played with gradually grew longer because he always stretched his hand while playing. I'm guessing it takes a really long time for it to do that though. But as for a real technique to make your hand get bigger... I don't know if you can actually force it.

Hands are an attraction to me. They are a turn on. If you have a talent for playing the guitar I'm sure your hands are fine but I think I can understand about the reach ...

Your hands won't get bigger, but you need to continue practicing and playing. Over time, your reach will improve, just as piano player's reach gets better.
