Unlikely, as he has incredible self control. His utmost concern would be for his partner, as he would realize that one too hard thrust and she would be toast. In the 1991 DC Comics Annual Crossover series "Armageddon 2001" (which takes place in the future) Superman has married Lois Lane, and after much help from scientists and fertility experts, Lois becomes pregnant. However, as the birth draws near, the unborn baby kicks Lois so hard he ruptures the Uterus and causes internal bleeding and hemorrhaging. Lois and the baby die, and this drives Superman over the deep end, who in his grief decided to banish himself from earth for ever before he kills another innocent person.

Read Larry Niven's classic essay, Man if Steel, Woman of Kleenex, which deals with this very topic.
quote: "he would crush her in his arms, gut her from crotch to sternum like a trout, and finally blow the top of her head off."
You'll find the essay in one of his story collections, (I think) A Hole in Space.
[Not A--hole in Space, mind you!]
