I would try Chase. They are everywhere! And, I believe they just took over Bank One. (At least all the Bank Ones here in Columbus just changed to Chase.) The Chase website shows two branches in Wooster and 28 branches in Rochester.

I love USAA FSB. They have NO locations, but I can do all of my banking at any ATM absolutely free of charge (they refund whatever other banks charge) or in person, via cash advances on my check card (no fees).
