Is their an age requirement to get your state ID in Chicago?

also what materials should I bring with me when I go and get it. by the way im 17 and my birthday isnt untill august.

You need a birth certificate, 2 pieces of mail with your address on it, and 2 forms of ID (school, work, credit card, etc.). I think there is no minimum age for state ID.

Just bring your Birth Certificate, SS card, and some mail with your name on it that proves your residence.
