For the zits, the best thing is to wash your fash once or twice daily (moisturizing right afterward with mild sensitive moisturizer like Cetaphil), avoid oily & fried foods like chips, pizza and fries at all costs, and drink at least eight glasses of water a day. If the marks on your legs are from old mosquito bites you might want to try a scar removing cream like Mederma.

Bad skin runs on one side of my family and early on I had skin problems also. Only use face soap on your face not regular soap. Then I totally advise seeing a dermatologist. No matter what age you are they can help. Also, show them the skin on you legs. Please keep in mind when you go see the derm they are totally sensitive to how you feel but it may take 4-6 weeks for better skin. Their treatment depends on how severe it is. Prescription meds these day can really solve a lot . In the past the doc gave me two different cremes to use one in the morning and one at night and an antibiotic pill.
Just ask your regular doc for a referral to see the derm.

If you Pop..stop..It only adds more oil to your pores. Don't start off with a scrub..instead, try using a mask at night or in the morning. whenever you have some free time, go your nearest Wal-Mart and grab one of the masks they have there. Scrubbing your face basically cleans your pores, but pops the zits on your face and creates just another GIANT mass of oil. Oat meal can help a lot.

O.k... We obliviously have the same problem. I use Clendigel *I think that is how you spell it* and Differen. They are prescription acne fighters. It is a pain to go to the doctor and get these, but it works better than anything, and I have tried everything. Usually to clear up mosquito bites put shea butter lotion on them and tan. After a couple of weeks they are less noticeable

Drink a lot of water. Wash, tone and moisturize your face. Exfoliate every once in a while to get rid of dead skin cells. And for your legs try scar creams like Mederma or you can also use regular cocoa butter.

use masks, homemade....
1. you can make a whitening mask by pouring 1 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of baby powder, and 3 drops of lemon, mix, (try making it thick, you don't want it all watery) and then pat them slowly on the face
2. the bacteria free formula: use 1 egg-white, not yolk! and then get some mask sheets(paper ones will do), then pat on face, cover with mask, wait dry, rinse, and then your face is SHINY and CLEAN and NEW!!!!!!!!! no more than once 2 weeks!!!!
