actually you can tell if they have fake breasts. If they're naturally big, they will sag and will touch the lowermost rib of the chest. Real ones collapse when you try to hug that woman with real breast. Fake ones are like harder than usual. Normal breasts with no push up bra will not look that full compared to the fake ones which will look full even without a bra. I think that's all i know for now. Ü

No, not all of them. My mom is a 44DD and I'm a 32D, both natural. You can usually tell if boobs are fake, though- if they're both exactly the same size, perfectly round, look way too big for the rest of the person's body, etc.

I'm 15 and my chest size is a 36C and I've never had any form of plastic surgery(or otherwise) done to my body.

Ok mine are big and they are not fake. It depends though if they seem fake and don't move a lot then they probably are.
