What is the attire at the Prime or The Fix restaurant located inside the Bellagio? And can you see the fountains from either??

The dress code for Prime is "jackets preferred" which means that you don't have to wear one but it's what they like their restaurant to look like. I've seen everything from jeans and nice shirts to full suits on the folks dining there. For women, slacks and a blouse or a simple dress - no evening gowns required.
Fix is much more casual - you can wear pretty much anything although I would recommend at least full pants (no shorts) and a nice shirt.
You can see the fountains from certain places in Prime but cannot see them from inside Fix.

on bellagio's website (www.bellagio.com) they have a concierge that can be contacted to help you set up a proposal. They can do as little or as much as you want.

your best bet is to call the bellagio and tell them what your plannig the'll tell you the answer to both. gl
