only drink plain water,
eat low calory food only,
no cheese cake & coke
do the right exercise that burn lots of fat.

Other than healthy eating (which I recommed) exercise is going to be your friend. There are some great exercises that you can do that are fun. If you don't like running, spinning (biking) is a great option. Swimming is one of my favorites. It's the only sport you don't know when you're sweating. It's also great for your joints and developing long lean muscles. Just try and be active for at least 45 minutes a day if you want to loose weight. Getting started is the hardest part. Good luck!

Eat normal, but drink ONLY water. If you drink 8 glasses a day for a week...you WILL see the difference. I lost 5 lbs just this last week by cutting out all the coke. Water also helps flush the fat out of your body and also makes your skin healthier. If you can't stand drinking plain water, switch off between regular water and Propel (grape is the best I think). If you want major, quick results...drink water, cut down on food portions and exercise (aerobic) at least 30 minutes a day for 7 days. This has worked for me.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

excersise daily and keep a good diet like being a vegetarian. not eating junk food and food that has fat helps. try doing excersises that require much of the stomach muscles because that is where all the fat is mainly stored. try contacting your doctor if he/she can prescribe some weight loss medication for you if you want to try that method. i suggest you start running everyday, at least a mile, start getting out more, play sports such as basketball and soccer, do crunches, pushups and yeah those excersises. if you are a busy person at least every morning do some running or yoga. try this very useful site, it provides like diet information, and links for excersise tips. if u don't like this site try googling and yahooing.

Actually I never tried this Sauna Solution, but I saw the advertisement on TV. It works pretty fast (15 minutes something to loose 1 Inch,but I can't verify this because I never tried). Depends on you whether you want to try or not, but if you decide to try it, I would love to hear the result. Good luck

Eat yogurt and pecans everyday and take vitamins.Don't eat anything else except one day a week eat a Healthy Choice dinner. Drink lots of water. You can eat up to 3 yogurts a day if you're really hunhry.

It's definitely not healthy and I would just do it to drop the pounds, but drinking coffee works pretty well. It worked for me. My basketball player friend needed to drop weight in order to play and thanked me for the idea because it worked for him too. good luck!

eat 5 or six small meals a day and excersize. If you are going to have a sweet tooth then limit your portions. And stick to your excersize and diet plans and dont give up! Good Luck!
