Good service, clean plane interior, polite staff and reasonable ticket pricing. Have used both airlines several times and never been disappointed.

YOU CAN EXPECT GOOD SERVICE,,, PART OF A TRAVEL GROUP WITH AA, DELTA,ETC.
AERO MEXICO AND MEXICANA HAVE GOOD PLANES AND IT IS NOW BASICLLY THE SAME COMPANY.
MAY I ALSO RECOMEND ANOTHER AIRLINE THAT MAY BE CHEAPER. LIKE AERO AZTECA. i don't work for them, but i have saved up to 45% cheaper.

they are the best! I travel to mexico once a year with them and i have never had any problems and if you do, they are quick to resolve it. My flight was over booked once and i was given another seat in 1st class :)

They both have good service and jets too, but if you want newer jets try volaris they have the latest ...

I have flown both of them and I LOVE THEM. The service is awesome and they are very friendly.
