make it yourself, powerpoint, isn't all that hard, infact it really only takes a few min to understand and do, its a good time teehee

When? Well I don't know according Rene Descartes we are unable to tell the difference between the reality of being awake and the reality of dreaming.

Now this question sounds like a class assignment so my advice is to write and present your own power point presentation. Also, the DSM IV is quite long and complicated so to have the ENTIRE tool in power point would be quite impressive. Finally I am waiting patiently for the DSM V to come along.
