i'm 17 and i thin i have the same size as i did when i was 10, i relly wanna change this, what can i do?

Ask your doctor to give you a referral to a Dietician. They will give you a specialized diet plan to help you gain weight the proper way. Make sure you eat 3 good meals a day and 3 good snacks in between. Junk food will put weight on you but not the kind you need!

well i wouldn recomment pills,however,if u insist consult a dr.but try 2 go 2 the gym&eat after u return then sleep 4 a while.my friend had da same prob and her dr advised her 2 do so,

cross ur street,,obviously theres a mcdonalds there....go inside,,,order A SUPERSIZED BIG MAC with extra mayo,,,double cheese,,,a huge coke.....and DEVOUR....ok am starving now..im gonna go cross MY street c ya
