I am not sure if this would work out with the schedule of match progression, but in terms of strength of squad and probability to advance to the final, I would rank the teams as follows:
1.) Brazil
2.) Argentina (although the first two matches saw Argentina playing better than Brazil did against Croatia)
3.) Holland
4.) Germany (Germany is offensively superior, while Italy is defensively superior, however, home court will make it be Germany)
