A best friend is the greatest, or even a few pals. Best friends are always honest about the important stuff. I think that talking to a special someone that i can trust is the greatest feeling. Yes sex is great but it is over alot quicker then the best friend feeling.

My boyfriend is my best friend. He is the only person I can tell ANYTHING and he is always there for me. We were actually "just best friends" then we fell for each other and became a couple and now here we are more than 3 years later still best friends but also so much more than that.

i would think that it depends on the day. like when you don't have a bf/gf it is sometimes depressing and then sometimes having a best friend could last longer then a relationship and i think it is easier to get back together with them if you get in a fight. that is just my opinion.
