so I tried e-bay to look for a usb cable the samsung yp-t8 and couldnt find one any other tips someone can off

since it specifies an "A-B USB cable" I typed that into Google and there's more than 4 million matches, so it must be a standard accessory available at any electronics store.

So I went to Samsung, and FYI there are 3 YP-T8 models - YP-T8X, YP-T8Z, YP-T8A
