My diet hasn't really changed since I moved out of the house, I'm kinda of clueless why it smells bad. And yes I clean my bathroom and scrub the toilet.

The answers about the dehydrated part makes sense...I have gotten over a recent bout of acid reflux and in turn seem to drink less water and more soda's

dehydration caused by not enough water,too many sodas,coffee,tea,vomiting,diarrhea.if your urine is dark and you are not peeing alot. Also you could have a Urinary Tract Infection.

some food does causes strong odor in your urine. like asparagus....vitamin B6. Try drinking lots of clear fluid. If it persist after a week I would check with a doctor for possible infection.

That usually just means that you are dehydrated. I would suggest drinking more water and if that doesn't help, then see a doctor.
