I think she had gastric bypass surgery. other than that, diet and exercise. I'm happy for her. But, now her head looks abnormally large.

Seems she had Gastric bypass. I myself had it done too and she looks like many of us that had the surgery. She wont admit to it because many years ago she said that she would never have it done because she loves her big beautiful body and if she needed to loose weight she would do it the right way. Guess something must have happened to her to change her mind. I have noticed that she does not look all cheerful on the show like she used to when she was big. She does not look healthy and with no energy. Hopefully she is now happy but should just admit to it and move on. This is the hardest decision that an obese person makes to better thier life. It is not the easy way out.

QueenD you are so right, her head does look so large, and her teeth does not go either.
She had to have some type of surgery done!!
She was so much prettier as a heavier woman and even her hair looks horrible.
I applaud her efforts to lose weight and get healthier but, she needs go gain just a little to even her look out and she can still be healthy!

I think that some people look better when they loss weight gradually not BAM! This also happened to that girl on ER, she was one of the nurses. Now she looks mean. LOL...

I don't know but she's gross to look out. She looks like a deflated balloon with all of that extra saggy skin and no muscle tone underneath. And, her head looks ridiculously big on her malnourished-shrunken body.

Gastric Bypass for sure. She claims exercise and eating right but I don't believe that, that was just to quick.

No one will really know because she has so much money that she will lie and say the camera made her big she was always the size she is now.
