There are 1000's of different 7.62 X 39 rifles. Both military and civilian styles. They come in about every action type. A few 7.62s of note are the SKS and Ak-47 for military rifles and as far as civilian rifles Ruger makes a nice bolt action one. But "7.62 X 39 mm rifle?" is kinda vague on what you want.
One last thought, they are very cheap to shoot.
