I would suggest marrying for love. Everyone I know that has married for money are very miserable. If you marry for love money may come in time. Love makes the world go round and money can't buy happiness. When I married my husband we were broke, I mean BROKE. I would go back in time and do it all over right now. Some of the best memories I have are from the times we were broke and had to find creative things to do with each other and our kids. Love is definitely more important, in my opinion.

Marrying for love is more important to me because being in love is more fullfilling than having money to spend.

Money. I think I could love a rich man more than a poor man. Love is good and all but it doens't pay the bills. Although marriages end because of lack of love, financial problems cause marriage problems too. Just because some one is poor doesn't mean your marriage is going to be better.

Love! I suppose if it's a set ordeal that you're marrying for money it's up to you in the long run ... but also in the longrun you'll both be unhappy. If there's no love there's NO basis for a relationship AT ALL.

Love

Money can easily be wasted or lost.
A little hard work can earn you money of your own.
Once you can learn to be financially independent, you won't need to marry for money. Which could be a long, lonely existence.

I don't care if we lost everything we own, I love my husband and wouldn't give him up for all the money in the world!

I would have to say Love! Unless///it is your second marriage///then I would have to say Money!!

Although ~ I was very young, and I married for Love, and now we have money!!!
So, I have the best of both worlds..but we aren't rich,,we are just healthy, happy, and comfy!

Definitely love. Money is great, but it won't keep you warm at night and you can't tell it how you are feeling from day to day! You need to marry someone who will also be your best friend.
