WOW! You ladies are truely awesome. I hope and pray that your man keeps up the romance. It is so hard to choose the best, most of your answers are perfect and tied for first place. This will be so hard.

Sent me flowers, which he never does,,,,and a couple of hours later,,my door bell rang again, and it was HIM>

he :

Drove 10 hrs..while working out of town,,
to see me for an hour
before he had to go get some sleep ,so he wouldn't fall asleep while driving back to work again!

(2 wonderful surprises in one day!)

( we weren't use to him being gone for 2 week straight,,and it really helped me get through the next week until he got home)

My BF arranged to work remotely by computer so that he could move into my home and cared for me during a serious and MESSY seven month illness. He cleaned up my sicks and accidents, fed me with a spoon, read out loud to me when I was in pain, endlessly opened and closed windows when I couldn't get comfortable, bathed me, emptied my potty, changed and washed my bedding several times a day. And since that time, he has never once brought up "all I did for you" as ammunition when we disagree.

I know this is not romantic like candles and flowers and hearts and arrows, but it said "I love you" like nothing else.

He bought me a beautiful wooden memories book and placed a silver medal on the front that says The Life and Times of and our names on the front. We have been filling it with pictures and notes and memories for 3 years.

My man went through my phone book and killed all of my ex's and then brought me their heads on sticks and we roasted them over an open fire under the star light. Very romantic.
