It's really hard to answer that one, not being able to see you at all. Some women are just big in their frames (bone structure) naturally, and their weight is going to reflect on that fact. That's why it would be difficult to give you a reliable answer.

If you're a normal framed woman, then 150 lbs.does sound a bit high, but I would really recommend that you go see your doctor and get a professional opinion on this. At the very least do it for safeties sake, so the doctor can examine you before you start on any type of diet or exercise regimen. That way he can detect any potential life threatening abnormalities (such as irregular heart beats, ulcers, etc..) before you start dieting.

Sweetie, you are NOT fat. I am 5'9 3/4 and at my
thinnest (I have a somewhat athletic/lean muscular build) I am 164 pounds.I still look perty dern gorgeous up to 180 pounds.
SO I am sure you are lovely. YOU KNOW you do not look
like a fat cow.
You can begin to change your mindset this minute. Try this:
1. DO NOT compare yourself to others, particularly those
who do not consume sandwiches...ever.
2. AFFIRM yourself by saying "I am SUPER fine" and "Wooo,
girl, you know you are lookin' HOT today!" and "Mmmm,
mmmm, mmmm, sexxxxy!" when you look in the mirror.
You will begin to believe it. After all, again, I am sure
it is true.
3. Do some sort of exercise daily, walking out doors and
connecting to the outside world will be therapeutic
for you.
4. Love YOURSELF no matter what. Who else will if you don't?

Well, I do.

Peace.

You are just fine. My sister is 5'7 and weighed 150 even in high school. She is very athletic. Muscle weighs more than fat. She is awesome at 150. So, since you are 2 inches taller, you must be slimmer than my sister with your two glorious inches.

A size 0 is not something to be proud of. Marilyn Monroe wore a size 12.

Do not listen to what Microsoft Bob has to say. Afterall, he is a male. However, Azrach has something. You can listen to him.

No youre not fat. However, if you do ever decide to have children and you get pregnant, there is a good possibility your weight class will shift into another range, in which case it could be difficult to lose weight in the future. I would recommend trying to knock off 15-20lbs over the next 2-3 years, very long term, and then try to maintain at that point

You are definately NOT fat. If you're fat then so am I. I'm 5'10" and am 145lbs. You should not see a "fat cow" when you look in the mirror. Taller people are supposed to be a bit heavier. They can "wear" the weight better than those who are shorter. It isn't as noticeable when you're tall. Just maintain the weight and you'll be fine.

You're definitely not fat, you're good... I'm like 5'3" and I should weigh about 130 according to the doctor... so being half a foot taller than me, 150 is totally not fat!!! Don't stress!

And for the girl that said you're 5'5" and 145, you're not fat either... maybe like 5 pounds, but that's nothing at all girl so don't even worry about it!

Any thinner and you'd be atrociously skinny. Keep that weight... heck add some more if you do grow another inch!

Otherwise, you have a body other woman would kill for.

Oh, yeah, a little excercise never hurts you, but dieting to loose more weight would make you look like a cow... a malnourished cow.

According to the BMI (Body Mass Indicator) scale, you are in the NORMAL range. that takes your height and weight into perspective. But this doens't consider the proportion of muscle mass you have - lean tissue, as opposed to fatty tissue. Muscles weighs more than fat, so the same weight in muscle tissue would look leaner.

I think you are fine... I am the same weight, and much shorter than you. I also have a friend your same height and weight and I think she looks GORGEOUS. I am, however, trying to reach your same BMI number (22.1, which is great) which means I have to lose 20 pounds.

no, you r definitely not fat. if you like fat cow in the mirror, it's cos you don't have beautiful feminine curves. So what you need to do is have a beautiful waist just doing some exercise. i am 5'5 and weigh 110 but still look shapeless. cos my waist is ... i better not tell it.

The best thing to 'slim' down is to exercise and this is coming from a 5'0 195lb woman. If you are 'seeing' yourself as a fat cow then try to not look at yourself - cause it sounds like self-esteem issues are trying to rear their ugly head - u r only as good-looking as u think u are.
