ok how exactly do i force a boot-up,with a fan not present message?

if you must, take any other three wire fan plug and plug it into the cpu 1 connector on the motherboard.....but again, you WILL DESTROY your Processor! if that doesn't work, or you don't have another fan present in the case, go into the bios and disable halt on all errors.

Please don't! It will cost you! Your CPU fan is out. This feature is for your protection. Don't defeat it, it will FRY the CPU. Why spend $100+ on a new CPU, when a $5 CPU fan is all you need?
