It is a cummins 550 diesel. I bled the lines up to the pump. It ran for about 30 sec then died. I reprimed and bled then nothing. The injectors are very hard to get to on this engine. It should purge any air past the last filter at the pump. I'm not sure how I can bleed the last line, plus I have never had a problem like this changing the filters in the past. It always starts right up.

You've still got air in there somewhere. Get a friend to help to turn the starter over, while you bleed the air at the injectors, starting with the one farthest from the fuel pump. Bleed the filter catridge, also.

Check and re-check the o-rings. Common problem, sometimes you'll find two on top (or none). I have done this before by putting o-ring on top of filter and my buddy allready put o-ring in groove in filter housing...... get a flashlight.
U might check shut off switch/valve or if so-equipped emergency shut off air butterfly.
