As a HS teacher, I'm in one every day. This, you may not realize, makes it impossible for me or the other teachers to forget their own experiences at 14 - 18.
Must I tell you the answer to this? Was yr Q rhetorical? It's too easy. I know you know how to be unaccessible, "hard to get".
What is forbidden, is exciting. Hey. It's not my idea. It's right there in the Judeo-Christian zeitgeist BANG the first thing Man/Woman do is make a big, ever-woeful but definitely exciting, mistake. They shd not be blamed in a way. It was a set up. Young creatures, equating them with real youngsters, reality test. They push the boundaries to know where they are.
For example, my child knows that if he asks me eight times, for anything, a new car, the keys to mine, on the eighth repetition of the exact same question in the same tone of voice, nudging me crazy, I'll give him what he wants just to shut him up. Reality testing, you see why we do it? Once Kevin got the magic number where a parent just gives in, he used it. His mother, of course, cannot be manipulated this way. But women are physiologically tougher. Physiologically as well. For one, they consistently live longer, e.g.

Because they get sad and lonely over the breakup, and in their minds if he could get just one more chance he could make things right between the two of you again. At least that's the mindset. Whether he can actually change whatever the reason you guys broke up in first place is another story.

if he really hurt you, dont get back together with him cause he broke your heart and he has to feel that too. he'll feel like he overpowers you and if he wants something, he gets it, by not going out with him again you're saying "i'm special and i'm valued and you can't treat me like something you can have and can't whenever you want, butt off!" you know what i mean? he'll think he can do whatever he wants in the relationship and you wont get a say in anything.

Sometimes it is harder for guys to be alone after they have had a gf for a while. Otherwise they will look for booty call girls.
