Take it before you eat with a big glass of water. But time it well, because like 4 hours later, you'll get really sleepy. And be super careful with the dosage you take. Don't take more than you're prescribed.

start by taking the smallest dose at night. take notice to the affects the next day and up your dose if its not having an effect. lorazepam can cause drowsiness and the feeling of being "high." also, talk to your doc and pharmacist, tell them what you are experiencing after taking the meds.

i would suggest taking it at night.

Take it with water. Don't use it while operating machinery or drinking alcohol. It can have a sedative effect.

If it prescribed, your doc should tell you if it's not prescribed......... it's illegal
