You cannot MAKE anyone fall for anyone including yourself. All i can say is if you like this guy, start a convo with him and see if you have any simiular interests and so on. Give it a week or two of consistant chatting and getting to know one another and ask him out, if he says yes then he's interested if he says no then he's not. Not to be harsh but you will meet tons of guys in your lifetime and when the right one comes along you will know it and you wont have to make him feel that way about you. So take things as they come and if it doesn't work out with this one like you want, don't sweat it you will meet someone eventually that you are meant to be with.

just be yourself and talk to him nicely. The most important thing is to be yourself. If you like him a lot and are his friend first, that helps! Anyway, just be yourself!
