I need em cheap, I've only got 200 dollars. Anywhere I can buy them used for really cheap?

Look for a wrecking yard to see if any idiot had a wreck and his car had the tires you are looking for. Check the weekly printouts for ads or garage sales. Keep asking and hopefully someone will answer you question.
