How can u get rid of flies in ur kitchen?

They won't go away and we've cleaned it, sprayed, and all the food is put away.

I had good luck accidentally. I had some of that citrus shine stuff for your hair and sprayed it in the sink and left it. When I came back, a bunch of the "no-see-um" flies were dead in it. I think they liked the lemon smell but then it was poisonous. I don't know if that would work on regular sized flies.

Keep all the doors and windows shut unless absolutely necessary.

Sticky strips catch them without poison.
