I would venture to say either Emory University's Emory Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta, GA, or at LSU's Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge. They are known as some of the top medical institutions in the country. They are more organized than any hospital I've worked at. Emory Crawford Long Hospital is much newer and cleaner, but LSU is getting ready to build a replacement hospital to move into.
I'm sure that with enough references Atlanta will accept a Canadian, and LSU would be more than extatic about having French speaking doctors, being that we're talking about Louisiana here. But they might still be bitter about the British running the Arcadians(Cajuns) out of Canada...haha just kidding!
