You have to have cable like Comcast to watch Disney Channel. And yes you will have to pay because that is one of the popular channels so of course they want you to pay for it. If you get cable the channel is 54.
Another way you can get it is if you get sattellite T.V. I know you can get it on there but I'm not sure what channel it is because I don't have sattellite T.V.
