According to its advertising, Fizz-it® is a revolutionary anti-acne product that combines proven acne fighting ingredients with an advanced delivery system that clears acne fast.

Sounds bogus to me. Probably better to just see a dermatologist, and get something scientifically proven like Accutane. (Note, Accutane makes you suicidal, but if you survive you do get a better complexion)
