you probably have athletes foot. Means fungus and bacteria grows between your toes and and under your toes. It's often itchy and peeling skin that could cause redness, sore and perhaps bleeding due to too much scratching. First you have to change your socks as often as possible. Wash your feet often and make sure you dry them well!! Go to your nearest drug store ask a pharmacist for recommendation with either foot powder, spray or cream. Make sure when you use public locker room or shower room that you wear slippers at all times. If it still persist, you need to get a stronger anitfungal cream prescribe by your doctor.

While you may have athletes foot, its not necessarilly the case.
The thing that I found to work for me the best was to soak them in warm water and epsom salt.
I also wore sandals a lot, feet didn't sweat as much (which means they didn't smell as bad).
Now that I have to wear dress shoes daily, which don't breathe at all, I use an athletes foot powder which absorbs the sweat as well as keeps the athletes foot away.
Good luck!

There is a roll on foot deoderant that a doctor can prescribe to you and I think the price is between $5-$10. I don't know the name of it, but I know that it works great, much better than the over the counter stuff.

Soak your feet in warm-hot water to which you've added Johnsons footsoap. It comes in individual packets in a box of 8 packets and is available in drug stores such as Walgreen's or CVS. Follow up with Dr shoals foot powder.

My friend uses saline treatment - hot water and salt. He would soak his feet in warm water with salt before going to bed. Then before putting on his socks in the morning, he uses medicated foot powder.
