A good place to masturbate is in a comfortable chair or bed. There is no special place to go, as long as it is in private. You don't have to be nude at all to masturbate. All you have to do is stimulate yourself in a sexual way. You could be naked, or just rub it through your pants.

your first question about where is a good place to masturbate, the answer will be a good place to masturbate will be in the toilet or in your own bedroom with the door locked .
As to your second question on where is a special place? not really, as long as there is privacy, no one is looking and obviously do not do in public toilets or in public places where it is very obvious.
thirdly,you do not need to be completely nude to do so but having the pants ,boxers or underwear taken off is a more easier way. if you have the zipper of the pants down and try to masturbate, it will be alot of restriction which is not quite alright.

Good place in your bedroom or in your home, someplace comfortable. Special place? no, and completely nude? NO, males take your pants down, females, wear a skirt or just pull pants down or stick hand in pants. enought said.l

3) no not really but it is a little easier to do it nude versus fighting boxers, briefs, and zippers...
