I use to run track and cross country in the summer without a problem, but I'm a native of Orlando. It probably depends where you are from. If you're from a cooler climate, it takes a while to get use to the heat and humidity. I would suggest running somewhere that has water fountains close by like a park, or bring a bottle of water/Gatorade with you. Many people have had a problem with heat exhaustion.

It usually rains a lot in FL but there will be times where it is hot and humid you can't get away from that in FL. When I'd go and visit my grandmother in Ft. Lauderdale she would take me puddle jumping (basically exactly what it sounds like, I'd run around and jump in the puddles either while it's raining or right after) so it fine to go out in the rain. The rain's a great cool down there. If you're talking about running everyday then it depends on where you go, if there's a breeze going then you don't notice the humidity that much.

I don't live in Florida, so I probably shouldn't answer this question. However, I have visited in April/ May, July/ August, and in September. While I was there in April/ May, it was hot, and a bit humid, but bearable. When I went in July/ August- I thought I would die. September was cloudy and a little bit of rain from a nearby hurricane, but I found that to be the best so far. I hear the winter months are nice. Have to plan my next trip for December!

Lately, it hasn't rained enough. It's not too hot and humid to run if you can stand the heat. Just run in the morning or late in the afternoon.

It rains all the time in the summer, usually. Just run when it has cooled down a little (evening or morning) if it is too warm for you during the day.
