The most intimate name to call a father is between the father and his child or children, and it's usually what the children decide to call the father, and not the other way around.

For example, I personally consider "Father" to be formal and slightly separating, but I have known those who use "Father" and do so with the intimacy that others use "Daddy" or "Papa".

I would feel wierd calling my dad "daddy" becuz it just feels wierd. Actually, my dad just recently got back into my life and I dont feel comfotable calling him anything excpet Mark(his first name). But yea, Daddy would be the one I pick as my answer.

It's different culture to culture, but IMHO Daddy shows the closeness of the relationship more than the others.
