sweetheart at 15 the size of your penis is not something you need to worry about and your still growing so will your penis. worry about school and not your penis or sex right now. worry about sex when your older.

premature ejaculation has nothing to do with penis growth. at age 17 usually the penis reach it;s maximum size....if there is any growth at this stage usually under a cm a year. You size should be around 6 inch give or take a few cm.

NO it does NOT stop the growth of the penis (if you are having SEX, I don't recommend it at 15). Mine is about 9 inches long, at FULL erection.
