No, there is no draft, therefore they signed up of their own freewill. It does not exempt them.

But your answer is NO, if you volunteered then you are 100% combat deployable

Yeah something about carrying on the family name. If you die and your family cannot continue on due to your death then you are exempt from any sort of "DRAFT" or military action.

Yes. I don't know exactly what its called but I know from experience that a person cannot be deployed to a combat situation if he/she is an only child.
