Cook her dinner and make her a card and give her fresh picked flowers.So sweet and romantic.Or perhaps take her on a picnic and give her a pet from the local animal rescue(if she likes pets and can have one)

anything pink, glittery, and pretty. you can't go wrong with glitter and pinkness, even if she's a tomboy, every girl has some pink glitter love in her. check out claires or victoria's secret and just find some glittery accessories or lip gloss.
at least thats the cheap way to go that doesn't require much thought and can be pretty safe.
if you want to get her something really nice, you'll have actually know her well enough to know what her interests are.

A rainy day box. Doesn't matter what it looks like but it must be big enough to put all the things that make her smile in, then when those rainy days creep over she can open it up and nothing will seem too bad

It depends on how old she is. If she's a teenager, give her money or jewelry. (10K gold is cheaper than 14K gold and it doesnt turn colors.) If she's under 13, tke her to chuck E. cheese, or buy her favorate movie and give it to her. If she's an adult, take her out wherever she wants to go.

You must mean "on" her birthday. Depending on her age, her favorite cd, a certificate at her favorite nail salon, perfume from Victoria's Secret......a don't forget a thoughtful crd with a note from your heart.

well we girls love jeweleries, but it all depends how much money you got to spend for this girl no matter what jewelry don't get it to ship cause girl don't like ship men y'all need to take care of us y'all heard
