I'm not drinking sodas, and staying away from fast food. I also heard the other day that sitting for more than two hours a day may slow your metabolism. Trying to stand for these two hours, may increase your metabolism by 45%..

Exercise at least 30mins a day, eat foods with less trans fat and drink water and juice not cokes and soda
