Hi there,

I am an expat in Warsaw for the last 6 months. The currency here is the Polish Zloty and the rate is 1euro=3,80Zloties.

In general the prices are lower than most of European countries. Local beers in hypermarkets start from 2-3 Zloties per 500ml bottle. Imported start usually from 4-5 Zloties. There are even beers that only cost 1,5Zloties. The price on the pubs varies a lot. You can find pubs where the beer costs just 5 Zloties or even 10 or more.

I grew up in Warsaw, athough haven't lived there for a long time now.
The currency is Polish Zloty, runs about 4 PLZ to $1.
Anyplace in the Old Town - very touristy will have good beer.
Warsaw is a party town, so you won't have problems finding the action, adn on top of that it is much cheaper than western Europe.
Have fun, I miss the old haunts!

dont go to Warsaw, go to Krakow. its much better for a stag party. theres a lot more pubs and they are a lot better than the ones in Warsaw. You won't be disappointed if you choose Krakow, every week theres countless british/american(or any other country) stag parties here and they all seem to be having a blast. Krakow - cheap, lots of bars/pub, and lots to see if you're sober enough:)

Probably pretty expensive. If you are from the US and have to convert your dollars into euros, it will be expensive for you. I imagine something like 3-4 Euros a beer, which will run you 4 to 5 bucks.

I have. Honestly, I can't remember, they're not usin g the Euro yet, so you'll have to get some Crowns. It's comparatively cheap, though.

Me, very cheap.
Don't worry you'll have plenty of change to get a decent hotdog after a night on the piss.
