I have ATI Tech inc. 3D Rage Pro AGP 2X and cant find any updates. Can you help?

Are there any downloads for hardware accelerators that will help?

First, you must realize that the card you are referring to is almost obsolete. In fact the driver included with Windows XP is probably the last updated driver you might be able to find.
You can try to go to ATI.com and download a later version of the driver if you find one but chances are it is probably identical to XP driver in terms of functionality.

Go to http://www.ati.com/
Always go directly to the source.
Click on Drivers and Softwares.
Pick your Operating System.
Select your driver.
Download and install.
