I'm learning Java Servlets, using TOMCAT. I was wonderin how can I publish them online. Is there a free webhosting which supports Java?

Go to http://java.sun.com and you can learn all about it. Its the JAVA information superhighway.

it's very unlikely you'll find free hosting of servlets.
Yes, you can do it at home if you have broadband but you'll face two problems:
1. the upload bandwith is very small, and if you get many users your server won't be able to sustain the load
2. your IP most probably be dynamic and you'll need a domain name server to map it to your domain name. You could however use a service like dns2go to make sure your dynamic ip and a domain name are always in synch.
Btw, you can simply use Tomcat Apache to run servlets. You don't need anything else.

you could consider hosting yourself, if you have a broadband connection, blazix is also a good web server that uses java, if you look at java.com there should be a list of java hosting
