What? Are you asking if they can tell certain people- " No- I'm not selling you these condoms.." ? If so, yes- in some states there are laws that say they do not have to sell condoms, birth control etc- but not that they can't sell to minorities specifically. They can say their religious beliefs prevent them from selling contraceptives. That could possibly fly in court. If they said, " I didnt sell these to Jose because he is black.." then, that probably wouldn't hold up in court.

I would say legally no, they have the right to refuse service to anyone, but you might get a picket line outside after the local news catches the story. Besides, even if you were racist or something, wouldnt selling condoms be like the first thing you would love to sell to someone you hate?

Yes. Just like a resturant cannot refuse to serve African American men at a lunch counter, drug stores cannot refuse to sell condomes to someone based upon their race.

unlike tobacco and alcohol, there are no restriction regarding sales of condoms. Otherwise unwanted pregnancy rate, stds and aids will be sky rocket!!

Must hospitals will give you a pack for FREE and is completely confidential (if your mom or dad works there, and a nurse sees you get them, and tells your parent, then they are fired for good).
