No it is a completely different part of the body. Babies come out the Vagina, and urine (pee) comes out the urethra.

Nope. The urethra is higher than the vagina. They're two different holes. Only guys use the same hole for both urine and ejaculate, located at the tip of the glans (head) of the penis.

No. Men have the same exit for urine and semen (the urethra) and then their anus (for bowel movements). Women have their urethra (for urine), their vagina (for menstural blood, children, sex, etc.) , and their anus (again, for bowel movements).
