NO PROBLEM, so long as you get a good score on LSAT and have a degree or something like it, and have the money to pay, they will take you. PRACTICING Law is another matter. ( you can use a law degree for other things too)

IF you have a criminal problem that involves HONESTY, then you may have a hard time getting into the legal bar after you graduate and pass the test. DWI is not dishonest so does not affect admission to the Bar. shoplifting is much worse. Murder is OK too. Murder is not dishonest. sometimes it is the most honest thing you can do.

I don't think that should hurt your chances of getting into Law School... I am not sure, but it doesn't sound like it shoud hurt your chances.

you can probably get into law school, getting a job may be another story.
