GKIRK78 Apparently you don't know the meaning of the terms racist or hypocracy. Hey, I have an idea Go ask the longest serving democrat in Washington. The Honorable Robert Byrd. He knows so much about racism because he used to be a Keagle in the Klan and now he gets paid by you. So just think of the "hypocracy" of the longest serving liberal in congress being a Klan member. My that has a nice ring to it doesn't it?

Wow, you sure brought on some original one liners with this one. Personally, I don't want a bunch of hypocritical spin doctor morons calling me great.

And I take exception to this response:
Remember the commandment THOU SHALT NOT KILL? that means NO KILLING! Who's the hypocrite?

The intent of the commandment was Thou Shalt Not Murder. I know that not all of us have access to a bible, but it's there- Exodus, Chapter 20.

Maybe it's just me, but I think that there is a profound difference in killing an unborn child and removing toxic waste like Ted Bundy from our midst. Anyone who can't see the difference should probably go read The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule.

Sorry about getting off subject here, but I didn't see a whole lot of other valid points being made. And you have to admit, I was right about the cracks from the short bus stalker nimrods, wasn't I?

Well of course thats the thing everyone does not agree. I personally think they don't care at all. They say what gets them votes now. And many Republicans (don't read this as conservative) do the same thing.

There are so many people who think conservative ideas are so old fashioned and out of touch. And try to say things were not better off back then. That only liberalism can save the day. That of course isn't true.

Nobody's great. But I'd say that it's pretty stupid for people to vote for a particular political party only because they've always voted for that party.

So, yeah, in general I suppose I'd vote for conservatives, just because most of the time I agree with their values. But if a conservative OR liberal didn't REPRESENT (as in what an elected official should do) my convictions, I'd vote for someone who did.

For the most part, unfortunately, our government has strayed pretty far from its roots, but I guess that's what happens when a country leaves their Source.

No, they are a bunch of hypocrites too. All politicians, regardless of political affiliation, are hypocrites. We need to get rid of politicians and put REPRESENTATIVES back in to the governmental system, the way it is intended. I just read that there is a person that has been in the Senate for 47 YEARS! Can this person truly represent the majority of the voting public in his area when he is at least 20 years older than the majority?

Conservatives great? What happened to balancing the budget? What happened to local control?

I see a lot of talk, but after 6 years, I see no improvement in my life. I see more government involvement than ever before. I see conservative ideals flushed down the outhouse of fanatical mindless supporters who seem to accomplish nothing except repeat the "company line."

Go back and look at the platform of Ronald Reagan. Does any of the current "conservative" rhetoric sound even remotely similar? No, looking at recent events, I cannot agree.

EXCUSE ME???????

Conservatives claim to be pro-life, yet they love the death penalty. Jesus said "Let he among you without sin cast the first stone", which was definitely saying the death penalty was wrong, but the conservatives are OK with killing another human being. Remember the commandment THOU SHALT NOT KILL? that means NO KILLING! Who's the hypocrite?

I think that we can all agree that conservatives are great at being uninformed liars who twist just about everything and evil enough to stamp their own one way ticket to hell like Ann Coulter.

Got your day pass from the looney bin, I see.

What is so conservative about the 3 largest budget deficits in US history (all passed under W's watch)?

Moron.
