Why not have a themed party, such as a Tea party, where you dress Victorian, or a slumber party, a pool party, or, best of all, an Alter Ego party? You come as your alter ego. You dress any way you want, and the conversation never gets boring. You could go to the Mall and pretend the Birthday Girl is a rock star undercover, and you and your friends are bodyguards/secret agents. The Birthday girl dresses in wild rocker clothes, and everybody else wears trenchcoats and talks into walkie-talkies. Remember, you only get to do this once a year!

Go to an outdoor concert together! I used to do that with my friends when I was a teenager, and it was a blast.
