Seafoam. Stuff works great. Pull off a vacuum line start the car, stick the vacuum line in the can, let it suck the whole can out. Hook the vacuum line back up, and drive around for a while.

That's funny! I wonder if they have little bottles of Corvette also.
You can buy Fuel Injection cleaner, fuel additives, octane boosters, fuel conditioners, etc. These are largely snake oils and do little except remove money from your wallet. Just use a good grade of gas and follow the manufacturers recommendations for service.
