Astro..The Jetsons came out in 1962 and Scooby Doo in 1969

Astro becuase The Jetsons where on in 1962 and lasted till 1963 and Scooby permeired in 1969 and lasted two years ending in 1970.

Astro of the Jetsons was first. I remember watching that cartoon show when I was young, and Scooby Doo didn't come out till after I stopped watching cartoons regularly.

Astro, flat-out. He fights always! Scooby is fearful of his possess shadow. Even for a Scooby Snack, Scoob would not fight. He would tie you up, however he is now not going to battle you!
