ummm let me think....Free schools, free colleges, free scholarships to the US, Canada, Australia, and many other places.(btw you get paid to go to school). We have high salaries, low gas prices, low electricity, and living here doesnt cost very much, The government gives us free loans and free land...and other stuff oh and we just got a 10% raise to our salaries as a gift from the government...we have nice buildings and it is pretty much a nice place to live in....

I think Nouf said it all, plus No taxes. By the way 1liter of Bottled water is much expensive than 1 liter of Petrol
Simply, Oil gives allot of money without a strong economical structure

The royal family is quite rich, and they have sent many youth for American or English college degrees.

t brought them into the 20th century. They were mainly nomads ,with no education or anything else.Now they have their own universities.There are many jobs in the oil industry ,so they are not all poor.The governmen pays for their education.
