I am an insurance adjuster and that can be a little tricky. Insurance will pay to put it back the way it was. So to fix the little scratch above the tire you may need to paint the entire fender, blend into the hood and door so the repaired area is not obvious. But if you are just getting the little spot repaired it takes about 2 hours to repair any spot the size of your hand. Repair time is 48 per hour in my area. Now to paint the fender you are looking at 2-3 hours at 48 per. Plus material maybe 90. Should be around $300 to fix just the spot.

If it is really small you can just get some touch-up paint.

VERY rarely is auto body work inexpensive. Take it to your local auto body repair, and ask if they provide free quotations. Since it's tough to provide an estimate to you based on lack of seeing the actual damage. What I recommend? Try buffing these minor scratches, it's not difficult to do, and will save you a lot of money. This doesn't offer much for your dent, butif you're able to live with it, then you might be alright, or you could even check into paintless dent repair which is often a less expensive option, but will only work if the dent did not crease the metal. Good luck!

I had some work like that done. It depends on the body shop. Some will do it for $100 and some will do it for close to $1000. Whatever your case, remember that the more you pay, the better off you will be.

Hi,

First we need to know where are you from...to establish the pay scale for your region.
Or... you better ask your friends or relatives.
